Hi
I am looking for the original plexiglass code for my chronostop 145.010 omega. The watchmaker, polishing the case, consumed a part of the plexiglass . You can also point me to some online seller or even eBay where I can find it at a low price. Thanks for your help. Regards

Did you search this forum, I’m sure this has come up prior to your posting.

He should be able to install a generic crystal, till you find what you seek.

Shouldn't your watchmaker be searching for a crystal if they damaged it?

As noted above a generic should be fine at least temporarily.

Two questions.

WTF was he doing polishing the case?
WTF was he using that could "consume" part of the crystal?
Why isn't your watchmaker replacing the damaged crystal?
Have you paid your watchmaker yet?

OK, FOUR questions, I'm still astounded that a watchmaker acted like this.

Sorry, I forgot to refer to your watchmaker as "watchmaker".

Hi. He's actually a goldsmith. I told him to take the case apart and then proceed to polish the case. He hurt me but I was probably reckless. In my city, the watch that inspects me does not have the equipment to polish the cases. Next time I will have the case removed from the watch and then I will take it to the goldsmith. At 9 o'clock there is a small bevel in the plexiglass that creates an annoying reflection of light on the dial. Therefore, I decided to buy a new plexiglass but to keep as a spare but I will not have it mounted on the watch. For me it was like a blow to the heart. As a collector, I didn't sleep all night.

If you make me a very good price, I'll take it. How much money do you ask for?
