Hello I requested an extract from the archives on April 26th. The website confirmed payment, as has my bank. I received no email as they stated and the only way I seem to be able to send a query is by first creating an account. To date I have created the same account 5 times and been told 5 times I will receive a reply. Each subsequent time I try to use the account it is then denied, both username and password nonexistent. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance B_F
Thank you, yes. An assistant at an Omega boutique in London just dismissed me by saying of course I haven't heard anything as it takes at least four weeks. He ignored my point about not receiving a confirmatory email.
Thank you, but I finally have an email telling me the extract will take 6 weeks at least. I also have a UK contact number.
I'm in the Uk. The last extract I requested was in December, no confirmation was received but the extract landed 2 months later with Stephen Urquhart's signature.
