    Yeah that case back shot is pretty rough. Rest of it seems ok. But like everyone says, in these situations you're buying the seller as much as the watch.

    The only good thing about many of these modern watches is they're either real or all-out fakes. Not much of in-between. If a total fake, you should be able to get fully reimbursed by ebay/paypal.

    you're more than welcome. my gut on this one is it's real...
    i like AT too, the only modern watch that makes me swoon.
    when you get this one, or another one like it, do post lots of pics on OF. :thumbsup:

    yes. the friendly counterfitter guy was showing us one here on OF yesterday, wasn't he? lol
    my point was, for new watches, it's most likely either a total, complete fake or the real thing. not so much as
    put-together frankens, with one piece or another not the 'correct' for the model, like among the vintage speedies, sm300s, etc etc

    and OP, and anyone, should take a newly purchased watch straight to a reputable watchmaker/AD/OB for verification/service anyway...if THEY can't tell a fake, well, then we got a much bigger problem on our hands than expected...lol

    ADs and definitely watchmakers will. For example, there isn't a watch, especially an omega, my watchmaker can't authenticate with 100pct certainty, and i know he's one of many.
