Looks good to me. Nice bracelet with matching and correct 516 end links. Also a nice flat foot logo crown. Case looks 95%. Might have seen a light polish or two in it's life.

A very nice clean example of a great watch.Lovely patina. I would buy it.
    Good luck with the deal.

I would say the case looks quite polished, but not a deal breaker if it's okay in person. It would be nice to see some better quality photos of the dial and hand lume just to be sure it's as good as it looks.

Difficult to see the dial, the 10 minute marker looks a bit wonky, could be a relume or could just be the reflection on the crystal

    Sure.
From a distance (pictures really are not good enough for a final judgement), it's a nice regular HF cased non subreference 165.024 with all parts correct for this reference and the serial 2471x. Production was most likely around march 1967.

And as others already have indicated, the mid-case properly has been polished somewhat. Need picture of outer caseback also. The bezel inlay has had moisture creeping in under the "top-layer", with damage/discoloration around the edges. Not uncommon at all, but worth mentioning.
Won't comment on the dial/hands lume because of the picture quality.

You can compare it to one of my SM300's with similar configuartion and reference/serial range - below.

So, get better pictures/close-ups + picture of outer caseback and bracelet inner clasp markings (the date stamp should be either 2 or 3/67 IMO) ... or just go and see it live and "feel" it ;)

    Looks good to me.
Pin-holes are visible on the dial.
Case sides look polished though. They should be brushed.
