Help please- does this look original? Cosmic Black Dial

I am based in Mexico City and I came across this watch with a local seller. I think he doesn’t know what he has in his hands be cause he’s asking for 2.5 K USD. Haven’t seen this exact design anywhere so was wondering if any of you could help
Me out. Doesn’t have box ot anything.

Dial is refinished. Sloppy incorrect printing and the raised figures and Omega symbol should be much crisper, clearly they have polished over during the refinishing process.
