I bought this nice watch but unfortunately case back is not Omega, is made of steel and fitting properly with the watch. I would like to know the reference of the watch, it may be that someone has same watch or knows … I have search online and I guess that could be any of theses references: 2325 or 2319.
Thanks for all your inputs .

Same dial but slightly different case. I have had it for 6 years. You now have me wondering, so I will get my watchmaker to take a photo of the caseback the next time it is serviced. Unfortunately, mine doesn’t have the original crown or second hand.

35mm plus crown, so it is a different case. Serial number on the movement dated it to approx. 1946. I have had it serviced once approx. 5 years ago and don’t remove these casebacks myself, as I don't want to add any idiot marks.

I took it out of my display cabinet, so here are a few more pics with my phone. I really like the Roman numeral dials of that era. 20211024_092319.jpg 20211024_092229.jpg 20211024_092200.jpg

Thanks for sharing yours, I saw that both watches you shared the Roman numbers are same but different to the one I have, also different case. Let’s keep fingers crossed, hopefully I’ll find same one so I can try to find the right case back ( will be very hard to find)

Given the condition of the dial the watch won't have a tremendously high value. I wouldn't worry too much about finding the right caseback, if that one is fitting well. Better off saving that money to go towards your next purchase 😀

Did you notice that this watch has a different movement? It does not have a 30 SC T2 but a cal. 28 SC which is a bit smaller
