Well the parts are genuine if that's what you're asking, but the hands aren't the set that was originally spec'd to match that dial, and the watch was obviously not originally sold with that dial.

Dial seems fishy in remote so can't compare. Looks like its lumed with no T. That dial should have been tritium.

Weren't they produced in 2003? As far as a quick GOogle image search shows, it seems like Mituskoshi dials were Luminova or at least only marked "Swiss Made"

The original watch was a 3570.05
The old owner changed the original dial with this white mitsukoshi dial , and he told me he bougth this dial from the official omega store in milan

The Mitsukoshi dial was originally paired with dark grey hands, in order to maintain a level of readability - I think the white hands on the white dial will make this difficult to read.

Think you got the Mitsukoshi confused with the albino Italian.
Mitsukoshis came with all polished stainless steel hands to match the applied polished indices (first pic), while the dark grey hands on the albino Italian matched the painted indices (second pic).

That being said the white hands on white dial is very tough on legibility. At least the polished silver hands either have a much brighter or darker sheen depending on reflection angle that contrasts against the white dial.

They ask 3250 eu. Its a good watch to buy or the mitsukoshi is a common mod and so its better to choose another model?

That's high, esp with the wrong hands which match poorly with the dial.

@abrod520 thanks I'm losing it thought it was a 1980 WG dial. I really need some sleep.

There are way cheaper ways to get a Mitsukoshi mod, and they tend to have the correct handset too. Even a completely fully-sorted-out 3570.50 without any mods isn't worth that much IMO, unless it's basically left-over stock from before the switch to the big box.

I wouldn't, not at that price without the original dial and without the proper handset. If you really want a Mitsukoshi the hands can be found fairly easily, but you'll have to spend more money to acquire them when a fully-built "correct" Mitsukoshi should cost less than this one IMO

You could buy a new standard Speedmaster from a grey dealer and get the panda dial and appropriate hands on eBay for about £3,200 in total.

If it was me I'd buy new and take it to a watch maker to do the conversion.

A dealer who is not an Authorized Dealer (AD). My understanding is that they receive their watches from AD's at a discount when they aren't moving. Since AD's don't have much wiggle room (if any), people tend to look for Gray Market dealers who can give discounts.
