    Hello,
I'm being offered this supposed Omega monopusher.
A big watch 44mm diameter without lugs.
I don't know what to make of the movement. The base looks like an original Omega with serial number which should put it in early 1910's.
Any thoughts or info would be greatly appreciated.

At 44mm I would guess it is a repurposed pocket watch movement fitted into case and dial.

It looks like a calibre 18" CHRO. The location of the serial number and the number itself suggest it is from pre 1912.
This movement was designed for pocket chronographs, but also used on wrist chronographs.

Now the style of the case looks a bit too modern for the typical designs of the period. But in AJTT there is one example of a similar chronograph with this case type. According to AJTT the watch is from 1942, but the movement from 1911.

Finally, as other have pointed out, the dial was refinished and you should take that into consideration re:value.

    Tank you for your input.
So at least the movement is an original Omega?
