I was hoping someone could help give me some assistance on my watch. I bought this and don't know much about it but its all gold and the casing is gold as well. It seems to be working but the crown is a little loose ( i plan to fix it.). the band looks like it had some work done to it but looks to be original.

I have no clue anything about this watch, can someone help me date the watch? tell me if its worth anything?
