Hi to all, I am chasing this watch but the seller won't open the watch, I have search online but the ones I found have a flat case back, not like this one. I would like to know if any of you have the same watch , to make sure it's a 18k gold. Or to know if there is any gold hallmark around the case that I can search once the watch is in my hands. Help for your advice and sorry for the bad pics :O(

Unfortunately I have zero knowledge about later models of De Ville, but if you are considering paying presumably 4 digits for an 18k gold watch, then it might be worth convincing the seller to have a professional open the caseback and provide definitive photos...

Perhaps offering a few bucks extra on the final purchase price, or sending a more blunt message à la blufinz52 (https://omegaforums.net/threads/should-i-open-speedy-case-back-myself.94400/page-2#post-1225674)

Also, maybe the official vintage Omega database will provide clues: https://www.omegawatches.com/vintage-watches?p=2&product_collection=3177

    thanks for your reply :O)
well I was supposed to pay just 3 digits and very good deal, that's why I wanted to know if was 18 k or gold filled without opening. I found out that the case opens from the front, not easy for a beginner . So I need to take it to my watchmaker and do the deal over there. will see....
    thanks again

The Vintage database is too incomplete to be helpful in these situations. A proper watchmaker is the best bet. He needs a suitable tool, & also the knowledge to handle the movt/dial correctly once the crystal is removed.
    Good luck.
