I doubt the 40 mm - maybe including the crown? Or sloppy measurement...

Its a well known case shape and this is more like 37,5 mm

Hour and minute hand look OK, seconds hand´s tail has a snapped off.
Dial looks original, movement looks good.

Not sure how difficult locating a second hand would be- but you could probably just wear it as is
