Hi, as you can see i'm new to this forum and I need some advice. My wife purchased a new Omega Seamaster for me in an authorised dealer yesterday. I opened the omega box and the watch was in it but there was nothing else in the box except an empty card holder. I thought the watch should come with an instruction manual and an international guarantee card. Could anybody tell me what is supposed to come with the watch in the box? Any advice would be much appreciated.

If it came from an AD, there should in deed at least be an instruction book and warranty card.

Thanks for that. I'll go back to the AD in the morning and ask him for them.

Make sure the serial numbers on the watch match the paperwork.

You should have an instruction manual, guarantee card, and pictogram card at the very least
