Hi, I am looking at this 1970s Omega Speedmaster Cal 1020. I am referring to the dial. As you can see there is small circles above the hour markers which I have not seen on any other similar models.

Could anyone please advise if this is a red flag.

    Thanks in advance.

The red flag for me is that you believe this is a Speedmaster. The clue is in the name on the dial

:) The “circles” as you call them are lume dots and not a red flag in themselves as far as I can tell. To research more you need to get the back off and some shots of the movement and model number details inside case back. You can then search on line more easily for similar models to compare to. Clearer dial photos will help too.
    Good luck

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated! The seller has given me some more photos of the movement. I am waiting to get the model detail numbers now and will compare against others.
