Hi all, I'm new to the forum and have just picked up a vintage Seamaster to add to the collection. It looks from the 60s, is rose gold capped with a stainless steel back. I believe it may be a 14701 or a 166.0010? It has the dauphine hands, sweeping seconds hand and hour markers all in rose gold. Overall in very good condition with scratches on the crystal and on the caseback - I've not checked for time yet and not set it as it will be going in for a service, but it is running.

I don't have a case opener currently so can't open it, but I believe it has a 562 calibre movement.

I'd really appreciate any info you can give me on this model and on any modifications you think have been made?
