Hi guys, I'm very new into omega watches and am very keen to get a vintage secondhand seamaster that i saw online. Could any of you help me to identify this particular watch, the year it's made in? Does it look like it's in its original condition, parts etc? Will this be a good buy? Thanks!

    Hi mate.

It's a 70's reference, so do a google pictures search on "1971 Omega Seamaster", then "1972 Omega Seamaster", etc. and I am sure it'll pop up eventually - then you can follow the links to find out the reference and research more. That's how I normally do :)

Here's a pretty similar (note the different lugs) one I found in a few seconds that way: https://omegaforums.net/threads/con...master-automatic-cal-1020-from-the-70s.75882/

It looks correct, but has a somewhat worn dial. It's a cal. 1020 movement.

Hi, interesting watch, haven't seen this before

My guess is 1974, watch out on the size could be a (smaller) mid-size watch...

    Curious about the others opinions
