Help needed… 136.0041 exhibition caseback

Hello - I’m new to the forum but have been after a vintage Omega for a while now. I have come across a 1970’s Geneve 136.0041 which is in good condition and has the 631 movement. My one requirement for my next purchase is something that has an exhibition caseback, or would facilitate a replacement with an aftermarket exhibition caseback. Does anyone know if aftermarket exhibition casebacks exist for this particular watch? I’ve looked on a number websites and the answer is not clear whether they would fit this model. Thanks in advance.
