A friend of the family has trusted me with his uncle's Tri-Compax to have it repaired. My watchmaker says it's ready except he can't locate a sweep hand.
I'm not sure how hard he's trying, but he has had it for a year now. And our friend is getting nervous.
Can anyone tell me 1) what I'm looking for (size? part number?) and 2) where to get it?
I am including pictures I snapped before I handed it over to my watchmaker (smartphone with incandescent lighting, your favorite!)

I appreciate the help, even if it's a remote lead. Thank you.
P.S. Yes, the dial breaks my heart, too...

Doesn't look like they have any, but thanks for the lead.
Do c. 481 sweep seconds hands fit c.281?

Per my watch maker they do, length wise shouldn't be a problem. Profile wise the watch maker himself could make sure the connecting tube (I am not so sure what the exact term is) can be made and filed so the height and fitting is right. Byron (woodwrk2) used to write a thread about these technicality issue.
