I am looking for help pricing a watch I bought some years ago and am contemplating selling now. It is a 1967 speedmaster with the 342 works (correction 321) and a 145.012-67 SP stamped into the case back. The face has an aged look. 20170302_223021.jpg

Learning to proofread before posting. Thanks for patience.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the "342 works"?

My mistake. It had 321 below the omega mark.

Any ideas? I see people asking ridiculous prices. I bought it 8 or so years ago and had it serviced then. Works but a the buttons dont seem as smooth as the 80s automatic I've had for years.

Would need more photos of the case/lugs/movement etc to properly rate the condition. From my untrained eye it looks like an honest, albeit very worn used example.

Great site, but a little light on info for this reference.
Try www.speedmaster101.com and look at the pages for 145.012 as well as the general pages that will help you asses what you have.

If you still have questions, which I am sure you will, come back.

You have a great watch there.., none of the issues that you worry about will prevent a very successful sale - as long as you do not try to rectify them!

Collectors want the watch just as it is - so that they can decide for themselves how far to restore, or recommission the watch they way they like.

I thinks it's worth about $500 US. Happy to take it off your hands.

I am careful not to change parts or accessories. Just had it cleaned and brought back to running condition. I also wouldnt know what to and what not to change or where to start. In my travels and buys I try to lean on the side of preservation.

I concur with that bracelet 8k is around the price you should expect as is. Maybe a bit more I'm not an expert on the bracelets added value.

I agree, 8k seems about right. Some more pictures to help determine level of polishing, caseback, applied logo, etc would help us help you.

Nice watch. Perhaps I'm slightly behind the curve here, but I'd say US 8k is slightly generous.

The dial looks original but the lume is slightly patchy with the less attractive greenish colouring, and the case looks like it's lost the sharp edges.

I'd price the head only more in the 'running' category, perhaps with a slight premium for the condition of the bezel.

Maybe some pics taken from the sides, showing the profiles, might help.
