how much of a premium ( or, discount ) is allowed for complete sets for iconic Omega watches like speedy pro's
and Connie's ? Is there a pretty standard percentage amount when all else is equal?? Or, am i looking at this all wrong ( likely )?

I think it all has to do with the quality and desirability of the watch itself. A top notch vintage cal. 321 speedy in pristine condition for instance would net an extra 10-20% IMO with the boxes and paperwork. On the other hand, paperwork will probably not impact the value at all of a mediocre vintage omega.

I would also imagine that the value of the paperwork differs vastly for different models. For example, the vintage Seamaster 300 is a watch that is prone to have been assembled from spare parts. I was looking for a factory original Seamaster 300, so I bought one that came with the original warranty card. For a regular vintage Seamaster, I wouldn't mind if it came with paperwork but it's much less valuable tome.
