Looks like an early omega but very bad condition
Probably only worth scrap gold value assuming it's likely 9k gold

Ladies Omega wrist watch, caliber 23.7 dating to about 1924.
Vitreous enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "leaf" style hands, missing hour and sub-seconds hands.
Case is probably silver of some grade, picture of the inside of the caseback would help.

In it's current condition it's worth very little, cost to restore would be far more than the value of the watch, even if parts could be found.

Unfortunately I don’t have the case back. On the bezel and case I see 99? Is that suppose to mean something

Just the case numbers so the hand fitted case and caseback stay together in final assembly.

If you could provide some context for your question, we might be able to help more. As noted above, the watch isn't intrinsically valuable and it's in poor condition. Is it family piece with sentimental value? Is it something that you want to buy because you like it? Are you looking to sell it?
