Hi guys, need your help on this iwc cal89.i have checked the numbers and it seem correct with the movement,1469293, dated 1957-60 and the case dated 1960. The case on seem very sharp to me and the dial look correct.Anyway i am no expert on iwc and need your help to authenticate and if possible the price range :)

    Cheers

The hour, minute hands and crown don't look right to me - or just the reflection makes them look different. Here are two Cal 89, the first I sold (regret now) about a year ago, the other I still have.

You are showing two different watches. Which one are you asking about?

I think we all have regretted selling that particular one...I sorely wish I had kept it!

Add me to that list. :( Glad I kept the ultra-thin turtle lug version of that (a caliber 401).

Hi alam, yes i noticed that the hands are different...i did some search online and saw both types of hands for cal89 so i thought they issue the watch using both types. There are only one type of hands used for cal89?
    Cheers

Sorry! I somehow bunched your post together with the one below it! (alam)

I think that the one you showed is fine.

A rule reminder to @NT931, all watches must return back to the previous owner after the watch's third [ΩF] owner decides to let go :D
