    Is there any chance someone can tell me (or point me in the right direction) as to whether this is a real Omega pocket watch and if so, the year (roughly).

    Looks like it to me?!?!?! There are plenty of charts available on-line to give you a year estimate, based on the serial number (in your second photo)!!!! Hope this helps¡¿¡¿

    Does the serial number on the movement start with a 3 or a 5? If it is serial number 3,xxx,xxx, then it dates to around 1906. If the serial number is 5,xxx,xxx, it dates to around 1915
