[HELP] Is it a fake Omega or not ?

Hello, I'm actually thinking of buying a Omega, but I'm afraid that it may be a fake Omega.
As I'm not a expert, I'd like to have the opinions of other people, who may be expert in that matter.

And you will find below the authencity card, btw I'm wondering, why in the card it is written about about the ref 79102301, and on the advertisement, on the photo on the link, we see a different numbers. Does anybody have any explanation ? Thanks a lot !

There is nothing obviously wrong with that listing. The watch serial matches the cards. The PIC code (Ref) shown on the cards is never stamped anywhere on an Omega watch. Another system is used for the case number which is shown inside the caseback, that number isnt shown on the cards. The seller has used the case number rather than the PIC code in their description. Are you OK with the fact it has a personal inscription? It's not the most exciting design, but I suppose the price isnt terrible for a solid 18K gold case Omega, even if it uses a quartz movement.

The Warranty Card matches the case back inscription. The watch is original and is not a fake. There is not a market for fake Omega quartz watches from the early 2000s. The watch is real.

If you can't tell that it's genuine from all of the photographs provided you probably shouldn't be buying a vintage Omega.
