Can anyone identify the year and model?

I did a search online but couldn’t find it.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. Obviously you have a nice Omega DeVille dress watch probably from the 1980s. All of the information you need to identify the specific model is located on the inside of the caseback. You'll need to take the watch to your local watchmaker, who will have the tools to remove the caseback without damage.
