Hi ! This watch belonged to my grandfather and i want to know if it’s original and , if so , what model is it . Thank you in advance !

Looks a lot like a UK market Dennison 13322, probably solid gold. Probably from sometime between 1946 and 1960, though they are occasionally seen outside that range. That is to say, it is an Omega but the case was made locally in the UK. Probably in 9K gold but there were some in 18K. Search Denission 13322 on here and you'll get a lot more info. I may be wrong and it could be a Swiss case or from somewhere else. Get the back taken off and all will be revealed on the inner caseback inc the exact age.

Looking again, what I took to be reflections could well be bad plate wear, you might be on the money here.
