I recently picked up this Omega and am trying to identify it. I've queried the case number (2667) on the omega site and it lists the watch collection as "other." It looks as if the dial has been repainted and the "Seamaster" logo added. The serial number on the movement (which is 420) is 13643277. Does anyone know what collection this watch is from or what it's value may be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just as noted in the Omega database, this was not part of any particular collection, as were many other Omegas from this period.

The distinctive inward cut on the inside of the lugs on these is attractive and is what is referred to a Bombe or sometimes Bombay style lug.

With the incorrectly refinished dial value would be perhaps $200-$250 in its present condition.

Thanks! It's annoying that they added the seamaster logo. Do you think it's worth having the Seamaster logo removed?
