    Length looks right...

Serial number and inner caseback is going to go along way to tell you what you want to know.

Could be an Ultraman, but you need to get it opened to know.

I put no value on bracelet also, but how can you tell it's a service dial?

    I don't think it's a service dial.

If it is an Ultraman and can be verified what should I be looking at to pay for it?

If it is an actual Ultraman then you're probably looking at anywhere from $12-15k. The serial number is pretty the only thing that will help you decide whether this is a $12-15k or a $7-8k watch.

To answer the question, if the pushers are original, it could be a 145.012.
The orange chrono hand seems to mean that it could be an ultraman if it was not replaced during a past service. If so, as highlighted by other members, the price can be incredibely high...
As said by Spacefruit, if you consider to buy this one, be sure you get the extract of archives (depending upon the requested amount obviously...).

Well you only need an extract if you are paying for an Ultraman.....:)

    Lets see the movement....
