Hi everyone,

I’m looking for help identifying the exact reference or a closely related model of this vintage Omega dress watch, likely from the late 1940s or early 1950s.

🕰️ Here are the details I’ve observed:

  • 18k rose gold case, approx. 35mm
  • Beautiful sector dial with two-tone finish and railroad minute track
  • Small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock
  • Dauphine hands
  • Dial signed “OMEGA - FAB. SUISSE” under the logo
  • Very thin, straight lugs, typical of the 1940s–50s design

I’ve attached several high-quality photos for reference.

I’d love to know:

  • The exact reference number (could it be Ref. 2639? 2325? 2400?)
  • The likely caliber (maybe 30T2, 265, or 266?)
  • Any historical context or production period information

Thanks a lot in advance for any insight or direction - your help would be truly appreciated!

Best regards,
Rémi

So just to clarify, you are specifically looking for those unusual inverted wedge lugs?

The inscription "Fab. Suisse" makes me guess its likely a case of local French production

We would need photos of the innards (movement, inner side of case back) to assess...

OP might find this a helpful comparator.

Case made in France (probably) by Paul Franck et Fils c.1948. Case bears eagle hallmark for French 18kt. The movement is Cal 360, described as "extra-plat".
