Help Identifying Vintage Geneve / Wrong listing bought

Recently I bought a vintage omega, which in the title of the listing was labeled as an Omega Geneve ref. 166.0191. In the listing the case width is listed as 35 mm and every other listing online is the same.

Well today the watch arrive and it is way smaller than listed, a size of 27 mm x 30 mm. I’ve never seen a model this small, can someone identify? I hope I will be able to successfully return. Attached are photos.

It looks like a ladies model, the strap version of a 566.0075.
Do you have a link to the auction/sales?

Can you take a photo of the caseback (outside is OK).

Unfortunately the case-back doesn't have any ref number on the back, here’s a link to the auction.

It looked identical to the men’s, I knew the bracelet was replaced. I didn’t know they even made a ladies version, I’m dumb.

It was mis-sold simple as that. It’s neither the model nor size advertised. They also describe it as a men’s model. It isn’t. Demand a return, eBay will side with the buyer, they always do. If you want 100% proof, remove the back and the case number will show it’s not what they said.

The watch in the auction post is not the watch in your original post.

Show me a picture of the back of your watch.

The link takes me directly to this watch with no evident sale.
This is the actual watch on the link.

This is a stock photo the seller threw in for free.

I don't know what's going on here, but I'm rapidly becoming rather disinterested.

Could well be a relatively honest mistake by an ignorant seller. They didn’t know what they had, nor did they measure it. They just searches the internet and found a similar model, assumed it was the same and just copied the details.

Just return it.

Because the watch is sold, eBay is showing you the next best thing still for sale. When I click the link I get the original listing as seen below which is indeed the watch the OP shows

Ah, my ignorance. I thought the link was the actual item, must be something in the eBay algorithm thing that lets you see the original and I'm locked out because I'm in Australia 😉.

No way its your fault. You could have asked for a caliper measurement picture but from the listing you were correct thinking it was the men version of it.

Probably not really related to your location. eBay does a lot of A/B testing which means the listing you see is probably more or less random. Here in the US, when I click on a link to a listing that has sold, sometimes I see the original listing and sometimes eBay takes me to the "next closest" listing that's still active. And sometimes describing the link as "closest" is very generous.
