Hello, was wondering if someone could help me dating this and giving me the model I believe it’s 1920s or so… it’s a daily manual wind…

You need pop the caseback off and take good clear pics of the movement and inner caseback to enable accurate identification.

It's also been re-dialed, the Ω symbol is too late for the 1920s and the subdial is wrong.

It's an Omega "tank" watch. You can google it for "Vintage Omega tank watches" to check similar watches. Welcome to the forum!

Looks like a CK730. T17 or 20F inside? The dial was repainted and is no more original.

This.
Hands are still original. Dial Layout not too bad for a repainted Dial. Get rid of the Omega sign and writing ... The rest is likeable. Case is in good shape. Pics in Focus would help....mobil phone camera?
