I was doing a little watch shopping as I tend to do and came across this ad for a 60s automatic geneve. Serial number on the movement dates the watch to around 1968 - 1969. Is this a fake or genuine?
Looks to be a 166.041, with Breguet numbers. I couldn't see the case reference at first look of the case back, but it is there. It has the correct movement, at the dial looks generally ok, but wait for the experts to chime in. Some more info here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-geneve-with-breguet-numerals.53941/
This is a known dial variation. Many different dials were offered on this reference as with most Omegas of the period.
I found a similar looking dial but the movement is different https://www.vintage-portfolio.com/s...a-geneve-with-stunning-breguet-numerals-36mm/
