Help identifying this watch

Having been going through old family heirlooms etc we have stumbled across this ladies dress watch. Evidently gold but I’m not entirely sure about it. We have no one to ask about it sadly but it has possibly been recased. I note that the bracelet although omega isn’t probably as it was as it appears to have been soldered to the case. I can see the pin holes in the lugs.
It’s mechanical and I’ll likely take it to be opened again as I opened it but the back also took out the movement and dial. Any info would be greatly appreciated from you more learned types!

If you could upload pictures of the mechanism and any stampings inside the case back, giving you more information would easier. The stampings inside the open buckle are not easily readable.

Unfortunately the mechanism and dial are attached to the caseback. I’m hoping it just due to the age of it
