Just getting back into Omega after my recent SM300 reissue purchase. I have had this one for a bit and bought it on a whim a few years ago. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Thanks!!!

It's an Omega watch I am sure. Is it running?

Yes, it runs. I had pictures of the movement a while ago, but can't find them. Everything is stamped Omega.

Is the SWISS only on the dial an American market watch?

That is a US made case, made by the Star Watch Case Company of Michigan.

Probably won't be able to find information on it in the official Omega Vintage Database. Almost certainly a bumper movement, cal, 351 or 354.

Crown is a replacement, I don't know if an Omega OEM replacement will fit the case or not.

Otherwise, looks to be a nice original piece.

Thanks gatorcpa for the info. Most of my watch related knowledge involves Rolex even though I have 3 Omegas. This piece has had me thrown for a loop for a while due to the lack of markings on the dial. I picked it up because the case wasn't polished too bad and the dial didn't look like it was redone.

Does anyone know what this watch was referred to as? Was there a name for it? Also, was it sold in the U.S. Market or elsewhere? Are there many of them around?

Value is about $200-$400. The hour & minute hands are incorrect, too long, while the second hand is of correct length.
