You could have a watchmaker open up the caseback and check the reference number, but I'm pretty sure it's a 165.002. Looks the same to me.

Edit: I'm sure others can give a value indication. The engraved caseback is not very desirable imo, but can be polished away.

Determine the reference (@alecuncu told you how) and then check the eBay sold listings for value.
