Can I get some help identifying this watch? It’s been passed down through my friend’s family for the last three generation. It was most likely bought in Greece.

 

Late 70’s gold plated Geneve.
The model number is on the inside of the inner caseback.
Should clean up well. He didn’t win the lottery though.

 

I think maybe ref. 166.0118.
1970's, as said, and most likely with calibre 1481 movement inside.

 

Unfortunately (and not sure why), his father at some point had the back replaced with a plain back that doesn’t have any model number info. Any best guesses at this info would help.
