Help identifying this 136.011 Omega Seamaster 611

Hi all

This looks largely original and in decent condition. The only thing that is not adding up is the dial which, by my research, should say Seamaster, Seamaster 600, or Gèneve. It says none of these. Other than that, I think it may be original. Any thoughts? I've scoured all databases and not seen another like it.

Dial is a horrible mess, absolutely not original.

Thanks for the reply!! Was the whole thing just painted over??? Very difficult to tell from the grainy images....
