Help Identifying Speedmaster Dial

Hi, I’m trying to figure out which dial I acquired in a batch of watch parts. I know it’s a Speedmaster Apollo XVII 40th anniversary dial but I can’t find an entire watch for sale with this version of it. I’m not expecting it to be rare but would just like to figure out which exact model it’s from. I’ve seen the other versions. Thanks for any help.

I think that is from the mission patch series. Where they did a bunch of watches with every mission patch.

seems like they did 50 or so of each one then a few sets of all of them in a killer presentation box.
