Help identifying reference for Seamaster De Ville

Hello friends! I just bought a Seamaster De Ville after a couple of years of interest of the watch. I would be pleased to get some help to check if the watch is completely original and what reference number it got.

I know i should done it before i bought it but did get it for a good price and with buyers protection. I have watched this forum for a while and im really impressed about your expertise - its amazing!

Looks like a reference 166.020 in gold cap. In my eyes, the watch looks original but not the buckle.
