    An early Omega chronograph, probably a caliber 18''' P CHRO NN L 15-19p which was introduced in 1906.
    The case serial dates to about 1918 to 1920 and the Swan hallmark (see below) was used to identify silver items imported into France from countries without customs conventions (hallmarking), the mark was used between 1893 and 1970 (approximately).

    I can't make out the case manufacturer's stamp.
