Help identifying pocket watch

Hello, I have looked for a few days through the forum and internet can’t find this movement anywhere. I put in the numbers on the case and movement and nothing comes up. Can you please help either identify it or point me in the correct direction. Thank you. The movement numbers: 5982813; case number 6487365; works on movement read: omega watch C° Swiss adjusted to three 3 positions seventeen 17 jewels

I can find the 2 position, 17 jewels movement all over the Internet. But I have not been able to find the 3 position 17 jewels anywhere.

Serial number dates to 1922, in order for the mechanism to be identified I think you'll have to measure its diameter.

Looks to be 42 mm

a 42 mm movement corresponds to a 19 lignes caliber. Upper quality of the Omega production (probably a Cs). Is it the serial number engraved on the plate under the balance wheel?
