Help identifying Omega Seamaster 600

Hi,

The owner claims this is a original Omega Seamaster 600 from 1962. I am not sure - wasn't able to identify it clearly. The hands are strange for Seamaster 600. Is this watch original, or a case of frankenwatch?

1964, replaced hands and a refinished dial.

Anything black and clean, suspect first. Just too many people doing it.
