Few problems, the Omega logo and font is too new, and the Made In Switzerland since 1775 is a bit off, as Omega was founded in 1903, the predecessor Louis Brandt's La Generale Watch Co was founded in 1848, and Louis Brandt himself was born in 1825. They're getting confused with Breguet which was 1775.
The dial is at a minimum a redial and more than likely a fake. Without a movement shot it is difficult to say more.
Looks like fake http://forums.watchuseek.com/f11/omega-pocket-watch-please-help-identify-model-857628.html
i dont actually own it yet, i thought it was pretty and i know nothing about watches so i joined this site for info
Given how many of them are out there I'd assume whole watch, but even if it wasn't you can buy a real Omega pocket watch movement with a redone dial for almost nothing, people struggle to get $20 for them as the cost of a service is far more than the value after the service.
Age a few years max. There are many of these around with one common "feature": no easy way to access the movement - the back is glued shut on all of them.
