I need help identifying and authenticating an Omega Constellation quartz ladies’ watch that I recently came across. The seller claims it’s an original model from 2013 and the paper says ref 1476.63.00 but the serial number (591187xx) points to a production year around 1998, which makes me question their information.
My questions:
I’ve attached clear photos of the dial, bezel, and caseback.
Any expert insight would be highly appreciated - especially if someone has seen this configuration before or has a similar piece.
