    Greetings,
I am looking for help identifying the reference for this watch. The crown is not an Omega crown and I would love to get the correct crown for this case. I have researched many watches that looked like they were a match and the closest case ref. I could find is the 2503 Jumbo? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It’s a US market US made case. There is not normally case reference numbers for these.

Star cases are made in the US.

Any decent watchmaker will have the ability to measure and fit a new crown. As this isn't an Omega manufactured case, it's possible that the crown may not have been marked Ω.

I would just get a watchmaker to fit a low profile stainless crown of suitable diameter.

It's a gold-filled case if you look closer.

You're probably 100% right Norm, on my screen it looks more like stainless and the last shot is out of focus so I missed the gold capping.

    So, my suggestion is:

    Damn Lagavulin!
Aussies start early and before noon they are legally blind.

I get wonderful guidance from Jim but shoot early!
