help identifying my deville quartz watch

this may be a duplicate entry, but I couldn't find my previous attempt. I'm trying to identify my omega deville quartz, bought in Interlaken, switzerland in 1988. is it possible for a jeweler to replace the battery, or do i need to send to authorized person? Is there a special battery?
