Help identifying my dad's Seamaster

Hey All!
My father recently passed away and I inherited a few of his watches. I searched online but couldn't find an exact match for this Omega Seamaster. I believe the watch was given to him by his brother who bought it while he was in Europe. I'd love to know if its original (I know the band is newer and NOT original), resources of how to clean it up and whether there's places to find original bands for sale. Thanks for any help!!

The reference number will be inside the case-back, the dial was repainted at some point in the past. You can see it's very sloppy work. I believe that the crown was also replaced. It's hard to say much else about it without seeing the inside, but I have no reason to question its overall authenticity..

Bracelets show up pretty frequently, in the private sales listings on the forum, eBay, etc.

I believe it’s a 2869 reference. Crown is probably not original but does hold some value given it was used on Constellations of the era.
