Help Identifying - Ladies circa 1970s?

Recently looked more closely at a timepiece left to my wife and realized it is an Omega. Looking for help identifying my mother-in-law’s Omega. We think it was a gift to her in late 1970s.

Your watch is from a broad collection called "Saphette" in reference to the synthetic sapphire crystals used on them. Yours being 14K indicates it is an American reference/delivery. As noted by Dan, additional information can be found on the movement and inside the case back.
