Help Identifying Correct Acrylic

Hello friends!

Been awhile since I've been in the forum, but feels good to be back browsing again. I've had this 30T2 SC for some time now, purchased over 5 years ago, and I'm feeling its time to ask about this. I've tried researching myself after measuring the acrylic myself and just can't find the write one to replace and hoping someone could please help ID.

Here's what led me to think this crystal was replaced before I took ownership. In the photos, you'll see that if you look at the watch from above, you can't see the second marks as well so I'm assuming the crystal itself is incorrect for this watch or the watch itself is wrong altogether? The caseback number matches the case number itself but then there's another number on the bezel underneath where the acrylic is held. Could there possibly be a different sized dome that would fit better?

I know there was a period where Dennison cased the 30T2 for general public so hopefully the case here isn't wrong altogether.

Thank you all for the help!!
