Hi guys - I found an all original, never refinished Seamaster with ref no 166011 on the inside of the caseback. I tried entering this in the Omega data base ("166011", "166.011") and am not gettng a hit. Why? It is a silver dial, dauphine hands, stainless case, date at 3:00. S/N on 562 movement is 21275XX. Would love to post pic's of the watch but get no result when I Upload File and it won't let me paste them in either...

Also try adding an extra zero after the full stop, so 166.0011.

    Nope, that's not there either.

I did try over at the parts database on the Jules Borel website, it shows the 166.0011 should have the cal. 562, so all looks OK.

Thanks gents. I trust the seller and was able to see the watch in his shop. Nice to have your input. I think I will pull the trigger and bring it home.
