Help identifying -14381 or 14393?

Hi everyone,

Got this constellation yesterday at a yard sale. I know she’s a little rough but it runs great and I love the spotty patina. Hoping I can clean it up a bit.

The case reference number is 14381 but the movement is a 561 and has a calendar. My research says the 14393 should have the 561 and the 14381 should have the 551. However, omega addict has a 14381 listed with a 561.

Any insight appreciated!

The correct case back would be 168.005, based on the serial number of 23M.

Hope you got it cheap because it’s going to need some work.

Damage to the incorrect caseback, lots of polishing, rough dial, wrong crown, it’s had a hard life that’s for sure
